we reached in the hotel at 2.30 night and the hotel persons informed that this hotel is full and they arranged the accomodation in another hotel named Arch hotel which was almost 300 mtr away from this property. by walking they have taken is to this hotel. in this hotel the rooms was not clean and not a good hotel. very bad experience. very sorry

Couple • India • Jan 2025Horrible stay - just stay away! My experience at this hotel was the worst. The AC kept tripping because of load issues—totally unacceptable! I asked the manager for help, but they didn’t know how to fix it. To make it worse, water was leaking from the AC right above my bed, making it impossible to sleep well. Housekeeping never came to fix it, even after I complained multiple times. While I was at the front desk, another guest came in saying her AC turned off, and a father and son had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night because of the same problems! The service and maintenance here are terrible. If you want a good night’s sleep, avoid this place. Very disappointing.
