Hotel Nova Inn Near Delhi Airport

This place has declined over the last 15 years. Regarding T3, the Airport administration got Google to disable review posting for it. The carpets are never cleaned well and are currently very dirty. There are four passenger buggies, but usually only one driver is available at a time. More than half of T3 is closed off for refurbishment, so maybe they should stop charging development fees until services improve. Since it's winter, the air conditioning is off, making it stuffy with no ventilation despite many people being present. It seems they haven't learned from Covid. Air conditioning depends on temperature and humidity according to the psychometric chart, in case the administration and engineers don't know. This attitude prevents them from reaching world-class standards. On 3-8-26, not much has changed. The passenger concourse remains quite warm, as shown in the attached thermal image. The ducts blow air at 18⁰C to 20⁰C, so cooling is never sufficient, especially during humid monsoon when air conditioning should be more effective. Restrooms no longer refill paper napkins, and the air dryer is outdated and takes a long time to dry hands. They seem to be focused on making money rather than providing service.
