Royal Inn IGI Airport

I had a wonder full stay over there at royel inn hotel near by aerocity. It's my perception that it will be a great opportunity to a person who stay over here . Abhijeet Singh as front office manager is a nice guy and a nice employee. .so it's an humble request kindly visit over here tere will be a good staff as well . Rooms are so clean .

Great service with affordable price. The staffs were very friendly and supportive. Also the in house resturant provides good food at a reasonable price. Recommended for a good service. They didn't try to rob us unlike other hotels tried nearby (love from Nepalgunj)

Clean rooms and I love that they have room service. Both times i ended up unexpectedly in Delhi by myself, I stayed here. He neighborhood looks sketchy and it is down a long, dark alley, but no one bothered me when i was walking outside.The first time I stayed I was a walk in and the price was very reasonable. The staff was wonderful. Very polite and professional and the food was good. I felt safe.So when I got bumped from my flight, I immediately thought to go back since it was such a good experience.Since i was coming from the airport and it was midnight, I decided to book online to have a guaranteed place to stay and a certain destination for when i was accosted by all of the aggressive taxi drivers. The online price on this platform was $37usd, nearly double what I had paid a few days earlier, but it was late and I was exhausted and wanted to make sure I was safe as a woman alone. It also included breakfast.I arrived fine and my room was fine.That night I developed Delhi Belly and became too sick to leave so I called to book another night with them directly. They asked if i was booking online. I said no, I would pay directly. They said fine and i passed out again.I was too sick to eat the included breakfast. I did order an equivalent amount of room service of lemon water, ginger tea, and broth for my belly.When it came time to check out the next day, I was shocked to see they were charging me again the $37. I explained I didn't book online again and I wanted the direct rate.THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT WHATEVER RATE YOU ORIGINALLY BOOK UNDER STAYS YOUR RATE THE ENTIRE STAY.I explained I couldn't even eat breakfast, could they at least credit the food bill against the cost of breakfast. They refused.They tried to say i booked an extra fancy room, but it was right next to the room i had had the time before at half the cost AND I double checked my booking when I got home and it was not the super deluxe room.If i had known that I would have booked through the app as it was significantly cheaper the next day, plus I would have earned points. This way I paid the same high price and got nothing.After much back and forth, which I will say they were professional, they agreed to lower the price to what the app said was the price for that night, a savings of almost $12, still more money than I paid as a walkin. But I was just out on the breakfast cost.So everything about my stay was great except the online booking policy, so be warned. It was a great value at $22, not at $37. I stayed at the Sheraton for only a bit more my first night and the hotel was in a much nicer area and I was treated like royalty there complete with buffet breakfast with table service.

I booked this hotel because it had a high rating and decent price and it was close to the airport. The airport is down a narrow dirty lane with many, many people. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. It had room service which was reasonable. The shower wasn't very good but the room was fine enough and I slept very well. The next morning breakfast was included in my booking. However, I was the only person there and they didn't have the buffet open. I just had some Indian bread with dip. It was delicious but I feel that I wasn't getting my moneys worth. I specifically choose the hotel for its breakfast included. Also, they were able to arrange a taxi, however I think they ripped me off. I think they double charged me. I was quite certain that the taxi price had been added to my bill when I checked out however, after I left the hotel reception, a man told me that I should pay the taxi driver.

I stayed here for one night for my next day flight. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. I was missing a remote for the TV in my room. They were able to provide me with a new remote. The room was clean and well lit. It had a kettle with complimentry tea, coffee, cream and sugar. They have a restaurant that is open 24 hours which is a bonus if you arrive late hours. The bathroom had hot running water and a shower. The bathroom was very clean and free of odors. I will definetly will stay here again.
