I booked a suite.. it was clean. Was just hoping for a little more in a suite vs a room like a sofa etc.

This place is a scam! We were welcomed politely when we first arrived, but unfortunately everything went downhill after that. The overall experience at this hotel was completely different from what we expected.The staff, including housekeeping and front desk, were highly unprofessional. Whenever we raised concerns or complaints, no action was taken. Staff repeatedly kept asking us if we wanted extra services even after we clearly said no, especially pushing laundry services.When we finally gave our laundry on a rainy day, we expected it to be properly washed and dried using a washing machine and dryer. Instead, it took two full days. Since we were flying the next day, we followed up, and we were told the clothes were ’still wet,’ which made no sense after two days. When the laundry was returned, all the clothes were damp, smelled smoky and unpleasant, and some items were stained and completely ruined.The most serious issue was the theft of my diamond ring from the room. The room was always locked, and only hotel staff had access with master keys. I realised my ring was missing after we travelled to Mumbai. It was kept safely in my cosmetic/jewellery bag. I immediately contacted the hotel, but every time I called, I had to explain the entire story again. There was clearly no internal communication, no proper investigation, and no follow-up. I was told there would be a staff meeting, but no one ever contacted me again.The ring was a blue diamond set in white gold, valued at approximately NZD 14,000, and the hotel never reviewed CCTV footage or provided any explanation.Additionally, there was constant pressure for tips and extra money beyond what we had already paid for accommodation and food. Some staff openly expected tips and behaved in an uncomfortable manner.One incident that deeply concerned me involved a cleaner who offered to give me a massage in exchange for money. She entered my room, where my jewellery was kept on the cabinet. After taking the money, she left abruptly without even saying goodbye. I later realised my ring was missing.Overall, this hotel has extremely poor management, no accountability, and serious security issues. Our experience was stressful, unsafe, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travellers carrying valuables. SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT GO HERE.

Very disappointing stay, not worth the price.Although the room was advertised as a city-view room on Agoda, I was given a duct/AC view room with visible toilet pipes. The cupboard and TV panel were broken, and the toilet was not properly cleaned and had drainage issues. The mattress was uncomfortable and had a spring coming out, which hurt my neck.Breakfast was below average with limited choices, heavily diluted milk, and unappealing food items. Considering the condition of the room and the service, the hotel is definitely overpriced. Would not recommend.

I recently visited The Lohias Hotel with my friend, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable.A special thanks to Khushi, who served us with great care and hospitality. The food was excellent, and her warm and friendly service made our experience even better.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is an excellent choice for both accommodation and food. It was a wonderful day staying at Hotel Lohias Mahipalpur. This hotel staff are courteous to our requirements. The food quality is good. They are maintaining the rooms very clean and change the bedding every day upon our request. It is close to the airport but on the main road with heavy traffic all the time. But no traffic in am or waiting for long hours on road. Yet this hotel rooms available on economical costs.
