Airport Residency

I have been staying at this hotel for many years, and every single stay has been a wonderful experience. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality and care provided by the staff. Everyone is consistently courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive.A very special mention goes to the General Manager, Vandana, whose dedication and warmth make every guest feel valued. Vandana and the entire team go above and beyond to ensure that my stays are comfortable and stress-free. Their level of customer service is truly outstanding. One thing I especially appreciate is how accommodating they are to my personal needs. I cannot handle spicy food, and the hotel staff and kitchen are always thoughtful and considerate in preparing meals that suit my preferences. The food is consistently clean, fresh, and delicious, which gives me great peace of mind and makes every stay even more enjoyable.Another aspect I deeply value is their flexibility with bookings. Whether I need to make changes at short notice or adjust my travel plans unexpectedly, the team always accommodates my requests without any hassle and with genuine willingness to help. That kind of reliability is rare and greatly appreciated. The location is also incredibly convenient, especially being close to the airport, making travel easy and stress-free.After staying here for many years, I can confidently say this hotel feels like a home away from home. The warmth, care, professionalism, excellent food, and outstanding service keep me coming back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and truly exceptional hospitality.
