Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, Airport Highway

We stayed here for a wedding, and unfortunately, the room design made it extremely difficult to get ready. There was no full-length mirror in the main room’only a very small mirror with poor lighting. Strangely, the bathroom had multiple large mirrors placed near the commode. Are guests expected to stand near the toilet just to drape a saree or get dressed? It’s very impractical, especially when more than one person is sharing the room. If one person needs to use the bathroom while another is getting ready, it becomes completely inconvenient. The wash basin area was also poorly designed. The mirror above the sink was placed very high and didn’t extend downward, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the layout seems to have prioritized aesthetics over functionality. If you’re planning to stay here while attending a wedding or special event, I would not recommend it, as getting ready in the room is quite challenging. And the room service was very slow.

I recently had a truly exceptional stay at this property and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was wonderfully attentive. The arrival process was seamless, and the staff provided phenomenal recognition of my Titanium status. This elevated level of service made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The thoughtful addition of welcome snacks in my room was a lovely detail that set a positive tone for the entire visit.The hotel grounds serve as a serene oasis. The facilities are beautifully maintained and remarkably quiet. The peaceful atmosphere was striking, and it genuinely made me forget that I was staying in the busy center of Delhi. Starting the day in such a calm environment was a pleasure, particularly when paired with the delicious breakfast offerings.While the guest rooms are slightly dated in their aesthetic, they remain exceedingly comfortable and inviting. I was especially impressed by the exceptionally strong water pressure in the shower, which is a practical detail that greatly improves the overall experience. This was a fantastic stay from start to finish, and I absolutely plan to return.

One of the best stays I’ve experienced so far! The ambience is absolutely beautiful, with lush greenery all around that adds a refreshing and calming touch to the entire property. Every corner feels thoughtfully maintained, creating a peaceful environment that instantly makes you feel at ease.The rooms and amenities were great, and considering the overall experience, it’s truly an amazing deal for the price. The combination of natural surroundings, serene atmosphere, and comfortable stay makes this place a standout choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and value-for-money stay.

I would give them 20 stars if I could. The food was absolutely out of this world’huge compliments to Chef Rakesh, especially for the unforgettable Mutton Beliram. The service was equally exceptional; Shahbaz went above and beyond to make the experience truly special. If you’re in Delhi, this place is a must-visit’you’ll thank me later!

I never expected my stay would be so pleasant and Amazing. Sometimes small things come with Big bang. This hotel looked like a small property of Marriott but I never imagined i would be staying. Yesterday I couldn't get any availability in any other big property of Marriott hotel but I got this hotel. I loved my stay here. Staff made me feel that I am a family member of theirs. Shahbaz helped me at breakfast. He went all out of the way to help me out by bringing the breakfast that I wanted. He was quite amazing. The breakfast manager Shahnawaz was very accommodating. He asked me what would you like to eat. I told i wanted to eat Maggi. Reluctantly he said yes but he actually got Maggie from outside. It was quite heart warming welcome for me. Thank you Mr shahbaz , shahnawaz and Praveen to make wonderful Maggie for me. Thanks everyone for making my stay a wonderful experience
