Great hotel with spotless rooms and a tasty breakfast. What truly impressed us was Sagar's dedication: an amazing eagerness to fix booking problems and ensure we felt at ease throughout our stay. 🤗

I stayed here for 6 nights earlier this month (July 2023). The hotel is only decent because of its location, but the stay and comfort are lacking. The rooms are mediocre and not worth the price paid or listed. There are better hotels nearby that cost just 1000 INR more but offer significantly better rooms, improved service, and include breakfast, unlike this hotel. The positive reviews for this place are misleading. Specific issues: 1. The room photos are deceptive; they might be fine for 2 people but not for 3. Still, they assigned us a room meant for three people and an infant. 2. Our rooms were not cleaned one morning because we took the keycard with us. Other hotels I have stayed at use a master key to clean rooms even if guests have the keycard. 3. During the hot Delhi summer, we had to repeatedly request drinking water bottles since only 3 small bottles were provided for 3 people and an infant each morning. 4. One night, the AC on an entire floor stopped working and was not fixed throughout the night. 5. Toiletries were missing after the first day, and the soap and shampoo containers in the bathroom had a bad smell. Although the staff were friendly and tried their best, the experience was uncomfortable due to limited resources. The hotel management should address these issues.

The hotel is good, especially its location, which is very convenient. However, considering the room tariff, the amenities provided in the room were not sufficient. The breakfast, although included in the room rate, offered very limited options. Overall, while the stay was comfortable due to the excellent location, the facilities and breakfast could be improved to provide better value for the price.
