Rosemallow Hotel

Charming small hotel located near Mathura Road and New Friends Colony C-Block. Convenient access to public transportation and roads.

The hospitality was great, especially from the receptionist.

Reception staff were very helpful and supportive.

My stay at Rosemallow Hotel, New Friends Colony was very disappointing. I had reserved and paid for a Premium Room but was first given a Deluxe Room at check-in. After a long dispute with the staff, they moved me to another room they said was Premium. However, the air conditioner in that room was faulty and did not cool the room even after running at 16°C for over three hours. When I complained, the hotel technician confirmed the AC was broken and asked me to change rooms. Around 11:50 PM, I was moved again, but this time to another Deluxe Room instead of the Premium Room I had booked. This ruined my stay as I spent the night switching rooms instead of resting. Additionally, the complimentary welcome drink promised during booking was never given, the refrigerator listed in the booking was missing, and the electric kettle was very dirty and unhygienic, making it unusable. The hotel advertises facilities and room types it does not actually provide. Guests should not have to argue for the room they paid for or deal with faulty amenities for hours. I have photos of the rooms and the dirty kettle to back up my experience. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone seeking an honest and comfortable stay. The management needs to improve service quality, maintenance, cleanliness, and transparency.

Dear Sir, I stayed at the hotel from June 24th to June 30th, 2026. The rooms were very clean, the food was good, and the staff was very nice. However, one staff member, Mr. Govind at the reception around 9:30 am, behaved poorly. Please address this issue.
