Rooms were not clean. Bathroom was dirty. I urged for a prompt cleaning and waited till they cleaned it. There is no restaurant as they claim. They said it is temporarily closed. Overall below average. For the services they provide, the price is too high
The check-in process was disappointing. Although the check-in time was stated as 2:00 PM, the room was only made available at around 2:30 PM. The staff seemed very slow in handling requests and overall service was not up to the mark. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was leaking, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I have had.
A good place to stay but not upto the mark yet. Maybe lacking a good manager for basic amenities are lacking while all the facilities are there. Hope they do good.
