Unfortunately, the condition of the property and the room was extremely disappointing and completely different from what was represented in the photographs at the time of booking. The overall management and maintenance were very poor, and the room was simply not in a condition where I could comfortably stay for three days.There was also no mobile network connectivity inside the room at all, adding further inconvenience.The situation was so unsatisfactory that I had no option but to leave the property approximately 15 minutes after checking in and arrange alternative accommodation immediately. Agoda should be able to verify that I made another booking through the platform shortly thereafter, which clearly supports the fact that I had to relocate urgently rather than simply changing my plans.What is particularly concerning is that I received a call from the property only around three hours later offering to move me to another room. By then, I had already been forced to leave and arrange another stay because the accommodation provided was not reasonably liveable.I have attached photographs showing the actual condition of the room/property. Had the accommodation been anywhere close to the photographs and standards advertised on Agoda, I would certainly not have left within 15 minutes after having booked a three-day stay.
Minimalist poshtel does some things right but some very wrong. Location wise, it’s almost at the end of Hauz Khas village. Auto or cab can’t reach but Blinkit/swiggy can.Capsules were cozy, good lighting, mirror, soft mattress with clean sheets with an overhead fan. No individual dustbin provided though. Main issue was bathroom. The male one, very dirty, only two,out of which one was out of order. Luckily just one more guest on my floor so could manage otherwise that’s a big problem.
