Normal rooms are good! Do not choose the one with terrace and jacuzzi as we did that and we were disappointed as both were not at all maintained! Private Terrace was full of pigeon droppings and jacuzzi was not available! The normal excutive / delux rooms are nice and clean you can opt for that
Our stay at Minimalist Postal Suites, Hauz Khas was disappointing, especially for families and couples. The room we got was not the one we booked; we had reserved a higher-category room but were given a lower-category one, and there was a price difference. When we asked for a refund of the extra amount, the hotel refused and instead offered a complimentary dinner. While I appreciate the dinner, it didn't make up for the overall experience. Other problems included no phone in the room to reach reception, inconsistent reception availability, no hair dryer, no TV, no hot water, very low water pressure after 9 PM, poor ventilation, and no cab service to the distant parking area despite promises. The area around the hotel also felt unsafe at night. Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend this place to families, solo women travelers, or couples seeking a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Although the staff tried to make amends with the dinner, the many basic facility and service shortcomings overshadowed that effort.
