Extremely bad experience. No drinking water available, no Wi-Fi, and no toiletries except for a towel. The room AC was turned off for 6 hours by the reception staff. The reception staff were rude. This was not like a hotel at all. A terrible experience, please avoid staying at Kerala home stay.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The location they gave is totally incorrect and not updated on Google Maps. I reserved an AC room, but they forced me to stay in a non-AC room, and there was no water available in the morning. Since I booked using a coupon code, the hotel staff seemed annoyed and kept asking how much I paid, complaining that it wasn't profitable for them. Additionally, they charged me extra money when I arrived. To top it off, they assigned me a used, dirty room with filthy bedsheets and a bathroom toilet that hadn't been flushed. The service was absolutely terrible and very unprofessional.

Great experience

The staff were absurd and the service was terrible. I booked the hotel through OYO, but they canceled my reservation and charged me extra. Since I was traveling with my wife and arrived late at night, I had no choice but to stay. They also refused to give me a bill so I could claim it with OYO. Additionally, the lock on the inside door was broken, so I had to use a wire to secure it (see picture).

Extremely unsatisfactory stay. The AC is switched off at midnight to cut electricity costs. Staff are unprofessional and not helpful. The owner ignores complaints and concerns. No food services are available. Even tea is not served during normal hours. Water taps often do not work. Door locks are broken and poorly maintained. Hygiene is very poor. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Washrooms are dirty and badly maintained. Drinking water supply is unreliable. Maintenance problems persist for long durations. Wi-Fi is weak and unstable. Common areas are neglected and messy. Power backup is insufficient. Security measures are inadequate. Basic amenities promised at booking are missing. Management does not value resident feedback. Overall, living conditions fall short of expectations. Not suitable for anyone wanting a comfortable and trouble-free stay. Avoid this place!
