Property say that collection o the grand villa is close i started hotel aroma in this property so i cannot allow the grand villa booking from app i urgently pay per day 2500 i pay 7500 for 3 days because no option from my side because small baby 3 year also with me where i can go at this time
Charge extra money
I thought I found a great deal🚨 and We booked a classic room when we reached for check in the hotel staff said they don’t have classic room available now we will have to upgrade the room since it was a issue from their end I said I wouldn’t pay extra . But they agitated me on paying extra for deluxe room hence we had to pay extra money then when checked in the rooms condition was bad it was smelly it was dirty the Ac wasn’t working we gave it an 1/2hour to see if it works but it didn’t later we asked them to change our room because it was getting hotter then they changed our room to *** which was a classic room where in the ac was leaking ! However they allready charged us extra for deluxe room so why did they gave classic later . They don’t really help you they just look a way to get money I said I want refund they said talk to *** later *** says talk to Agoda and my query is still unsolved . I left that hotel after 3 hours for drama luckily the best decision I made my entire trip .PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
