I was quite pleased with the service provided by Mr. Kulwant and his team from beginning to end. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free. The room service was prompt and offered a good variety of meals. I also arranged an airport taxi through them, which was very convenient. As a solo woman traveler, I was cautious about choosing a hotel, but Hotel Aries proved to be an excellent choice. I will definitely return. Keep up the excellent service!
