My girlfriend stayed here on February 13th and 14th. She ordered food but it was never delivered; she waited for about 2 hours and then went to bed hungry. The next morning, I called to report the problem, but the staff responded indifferently. Later that evening, when I called again to order food for her, they simply said it was not possible at the moment. We have stayed here in 2024-2025, but this time our experience was the worst. Update for Owner: My complaint is not about outside food delivery since she ordered from your kitchen.

Couple • Jul 2026I had reserved this hotel for one night because of an early flight. When I arrived, the main gate was locked and a "CLOSED" sign was posted. After traveling a long way, this was very frustrating. I tried to contact them but couldn't get through. I suggest booking elsewhere at your own risk. Since I got there in the evening, I had time to find another place to stay. I recommend choosing a hotel closer to the airport. Also, this location takes longer to reach and is in a remote, deserted area. I reported this problem to the booking site I used. Please be cautious before booking here.
