Tushar and Somaan were extremely helpful. The hotel is located inside the airport but away from the busy areas, making it a peaceful and quiet spot to unwind during a layover. I managed to exercise in their gym, which has dumbbells up to 25 lbs, treadmills, and a spacious workout area. I also tried the spa service, which was excellent and included a complimentary shower. The staff guided me to the restaurant, and I was able to book a room. Overall, it was a great experience, much better than the crowded lounges with long lines.

Other than the initial difficulty in locating it, everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the location was super convenient. There was a decent variety of food available if you got hungry. You can reach the check-in counter in about 5 minutes, and a trolley takes you to your room, so you don't have to carry any luggage yourself. Here's a tip to find the place: it's at the T3 international departure level. If you have a connecting flight within 6 hours, enter through any door, preferably gate 3. Once inside, head to the back left corner of the departure hall, behind the Air India check-in counters. If your connection time is longer (like ours), go to gate 1 and call the hotel beforehand so they can send a representative to speak with security and escort you in. It's a bit pricey, but consider whether you'd rather carry your luggage and take an Uber or taxi, making your family go through hassle, or just go straight up to the terminal and relax within 15 minutes. I definitely recommend it.

The room suited me well for a one-night stopover, and I appreciated the comfort and relaxation it provided. The breakfast and meals were tasty, and the restaurant offered a wonderful view. My layover was peaceful and enjoyable. Many thanks to Ms. Valentina for the warm hospitality.

Warning to International Travellers ’ One of the Worst Hotel ExperiencesI strongly advise international travellers to stay away from this hotel. My experience was absolutely unacceptable and far below what one would expect for the exorbitant room rates being charged.The hotel is plagued by relentless construction and drilling noise, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into a miserable experience. The constant disturbance made it impossible to rest or work, yet the hotel failed to disclose the ongoing construction beforehand. Charging premium prices while subjecting guests to such conditions is completely unacceptable.Equally disappointing was the reception and guest service. Staff members were unhelpful, indifferent, and showed little concern when complaints were raised. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism, communication, and any genuine effort to address guests' concerns.What makes this experience even more infuriating is that the hotel charges exorbitant rates while delivering service and comfort that fall far below basic expectations. Guests are essentially paying luxury prices for a noisy construction site and poor customer service.For international travellers seeking comfort and hospitality after long journeys, this hotel is a huge disappointment and a terrible value for money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property and choosing an establishment that respects its guests and delivers the standards it promises.
