Sonu, the airport supervisor, greeted us at the check-in counter in the international arrivals area. After a 24-hour flight, we were exhausted and jetlagged. He ensured the process went smoothly, especially with the extra security needed to stay overnight at the airport. I truly appreciate his friendly and helpful attitude. The rooms were comfortable and mostly quiet, though some noise was expected given the 24-hour check-in service. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the additional wellness services were a nice touch. I loved the aerial view from my window, watching people check in while being far enough away to avoid the noise. I will definitely return.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express New Delhi International Airport T3 was very enjoyable, and I especially want to highlight Mondal. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive during my entire visit. Mondal truly went the extra mile to support me, making me feel well cared for. As a solo traveler in India, his assistance and kindness were very meaningful and greatly improved my comfort and ease at the hotel.

I booked a night at this hotel as a stopover, and our fight changed meaning I needed to stay the following night (with plenty of notice). They said we couldnt move the prepaid booking and they kept the money. Terrible, greedy. Find somewhere else to stay.

Staying here is a good option ONLY if you are transferring between international flights in Delhi (which is quite uncommon) because you can reach the hotel from the airside (just follow the signs, it's located above the lounge) without having to go through security and immigration again. However, if you are switching from domestic to international flights or vice versa, you must exit and re-enter, likely through a different terminal, so the advantage of being inside the terminal disappears. This should be clarified much better on the website. In my experience, I arrived on a domestic flight at T1 and took the free airport shuttle to T3, then followed the clear 'Hotel' signs inside the terminal to the back left near the oversized baggage area. I had no issues entering the terminal with my mobile boarding pass for the next day, though some reviews suggest others have had problems. The desk was staffed, but I waited about 15 minutes for someone to escort me through the airport to the hotel. I tried calling multiple times from the bus to notify them in advance, but none of my calls were answered. My bags were scanned and tagged, and the staff said I wouldn't need to clear security again in the morning, but that was wrong since I was flying internationally and had to re-enter the terminal and queue. The rooms were decent—clean and comfortable beds, though the windows only face an interior courtyard. However, the high price (almost £300 for one night) is not justified unless you are connecting international to international. It would have been cheaper and simpler to stay at one of the many nearby airport hotels and take an Uber to the terminal in the morning.
