Dirty rooms, cockroaches and unreliable AC

1. At the time of check in they said they will not provide ac room..only non ac room they were providing..After I shouted and ahowed them details that I have booked ac room then only they gave me ac room.2. The room was a total mess..full of cockroaches and mites on bed3. The bed sheet and pillow cover was dirty and unchanged.4. In the bathroom no shower.5.TV in the room was only for show off, no use.6. After complaining about the cockroaches, the staff came and did put some HIT still so many cockroaches were coming.7. The food from their restaurant was also smelling.Summary: Waste of money, fraud hotel, a total disappointment, Don't book this Hotel otherwise be ready to suffer.

Couple • India • Oct 2026There was no parking and when we parked outside the hotel they called us several times in the morning. also while booking there was no were mentioned that room is non AC when we reached there they gave us non AC room and for ac on there were asking for Rs. 500 per day..Then we requested to upgrade the room for which they charged Rs. 750 per day per room.. It was really very bad experience.

Extremely disappointing hotel. The rooms have a bad odor and are infested with cockroaches. They use maida to prepare roti and parantha. The food quality is also very bad. They charge for breakfast with the room but do not offer a buffet. There are no amenities in the room or bathroom. This has been the worst hotel experience I've had so far.

From September 13 to 17, 2026: no bedbugs were found. There were a few roaches, though. The shower water heats up, but the pressure is somewhat low. The Wi-Fi is acceptable. Overall, the hotel isn't outstanding but is preferable to some similar hotels nearby.
