Hi, I’m Nainika. I recently stayed at this place during my visit to delhi and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. It’s a perfect place to stay—safe, peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. As a solo female traveller, safety was one of my biggest concerns, but I felt completely comfortable and at ease here. The staff is very kind and helpful, the vibe is amazing, and the location is perfect. Most of the important places are nearby and easily accessible by walking.Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. ❤️

Disappointed

4.4

Staff is not friendly and the don't care about guests. No customer service! I stayed in a dorm room and once I arrived the code for opening the dorm room wasn't working because the battery was flat and they didn't have a replacement. I asked for a room move but it was fully booked. I felt unsafe because they left the door room unlocked all the time for getting in. It wasn't a nice stay. I spent 4 nights.
