Avoid Mohan International! I booked this place because of the good online ratings, but it was a total trap. The room was incredibly dirty, crawling with insects and bugs, with torn bedding, a terrible toilet, and pan masala spit stains on the walls. The staff pretends to be polite at first, but the moment you check in and complain about the horrible conditions, they become extremely rude. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews’save your money and stay somewhere else.

Horribly bad hotel. Wish could give negative rating. So i checked into AC room. Entering the room it was dirty everywhere. Bed sheets were stained. AC was not working at all. Washroom jetspray was broken. Toilet didnt have cover from above. Shower and naal were flowing together. They cannot refund and you are put compulsion to stay.

One of the worst hotels I ever visited. It was not at all clean, beds were dirty. When we reached we got bedsheet, pillow covers changed. The mattress were bad as well. The AC doesn't work and when asked the hotel staff to resolve issue they said that they can't do anything. No basic amenities were provided at all. I had to ask for soap. They didn't even provide water. That is basic I suppose. They have no room key, only one master key. How do I even keep my stuff in room and leave?Do not go in this hotel, the price is not worth it at all.

This was the shadiest stay I’ve ever experienced. The room was extremely dirty, and the toilet was in a pathetic condition. There was no hot water supply and no basic toiletries were provided. The TV wasn’t even installed in the room.There was absolutely no room service or telephone facility. To get anything, I had to walk down four floors to the reception every single time, especially since the lift wasn’t working.The reception was being managed by a single individual who appeared underage, and there was no other staff present at the property.This is a very disappointing and concerning experience, especially since the property is advertised as ’company serviced’ by OYO. This clearly does not meet even the most basic standards expected from such a listing.

This property should not call itself a hotel, even homestays are better than this hotel. The hotel might look fancy from outside, its decaying from inside. The staff is very rude and ill mannered, they lack basic etiquettes and professionalism. There is no kitchen in the hotel, you will have to arrange your food on your own. There is no intercom service in their rooms, if you need any assistance you will have to come down to the reception, doesn't matter if you are on top or any other floor.When you check out, the staff will force you to give good rating on google.The rooms are full of dirt, the whole hotel is messy and dirty, washrooms are dirty with no ventilation at all. The main door of my room was broken, i requested for more than an hour then the room was changed. No matter whichever room you book, you will get a different room, and their all rooms have problems like dirt, coackroaches, poor ventilation, no room service, AC is just for a showpiece, it doesn't cool down the room. Lift is dirty. No toiletries will be provided until you ask for it.This hotel is not at all recommended whether you are solo or with family. I had faced many other difficulties including the bad behaviour of their ill mannered staff which i can't explain in this post only.Even if you have no other place to go,don't book this property.
