It was a nice hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The first room given to me had faulty electricity (lights fluctuating due to a bad cardholder), poor cleanliness, and a malfunctioning AC. After 20 minutes they changed the room, but the second room was also dirty with stained bedsheets. The tea/coffee setup had only sugar sachets and no tea or coffee. The TV was not working either. Room service was disappointing — the tea was bad and the coffee was extremely sweet. Overall, a very unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t rate the restaurant or service more than 1 star.

Small room with below average interior ambiance. Very disappointing stay it was. My money was wasted. Very expensive but low quality food. Any thousands rupee hotel would provide the same experience of stay and the same quality of food in much lower price.
