The hotel is on the middle of nowhere where... the food taste awesome but very pricey. A bottle or Rum 750ml can set you off by Rs6000+.The house keeping department is very good and supportive especially Manoj Kumar. Sakshi in the Zodiac Restaurant is also very polite.Overall the hotel is good, location bad, food pricey with no other options in the vicinity..

Staying here was a lovely experience. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. The rooms were great - my only issue is that the gap in the shower door allows a ton of water to gather and fall onto the shower floor. There's not a ton of towels that can be spared as bath mats so they get pretty soaked, which is not pleasant to stand on.Location-wise, I wish there was more around in terms of restaurants or bars as most require a drive to get to. There is no ATM in the hotel which is not great for foreign tourists. Maybe both of these things are something that will improve with time!

I went to ITC Fortune in Vivek Vihar. The food there is excellent for dinner; it's even better than the food I've had at The Leela, many times tastier. And the best part is that there was a chef who was going to every table, and he came to my table too and served me food according to my preferences. You rarely see this kind of service. He served me exactly what I wanted, and I felt compelled to give my feedback. If I ever go out to eat again, it will be at ITC Fortune Delhi, Vivek Vihar. I met a chef there who is truly remarkable, and the best thing is that he even let me try one of his specialty dishes, his signature dish. I thank ITC Fortune, where there is such a humble chef, Mr. Sharma. Thank you so much, Mr. Sharma.

I had a very pleasant stay and was impressed with the overall quality of the hotel.’ The rooms are well maintained and almost fully furnished, offering a comfortable stay.’ The hotel provides a wide range of facilities. The gym, in particular, is well equipped with all essential fitness equipment.’ The food served was consistently fresh and tasty.’ The staff members are courteous, polite, and highly supportive.I would like to extend a special mention to Mr. Abdesh for his attentiveness and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The hospitality was great, the facilities were also great, the food was also amazing.
