I visited college in north campus, where not much choices are available for hotels. I stayed earlier I chose this. Lot of improvements needed such as beds, better towel, food quality and cleanliness. Near to Model Town metro. Local conveyance is available. No food joint near by. Buffet quality is so so… but for short travel it is good.
As per ixigo it was a property with smoking but staff told us it is non smoking property . Ixigo is responsible for wrong information.

The service, maintenance, and overall guest experience were below expectations, leaving me quite disappointed.What was even more frustrating was the lack of pricing transparency. At the restaurant, I was quoted a lower price for a Coke, but during checkout, I was charged significantly more than what had been communicated. Such discrepancies create an unpleasant experience and raise concerns about billing practices.Overall, I had anticipated a much higher standard from a reputed hotel chain, but this stay failed to deliver the quality, professionalism, and customer experience I expected.
