I had excellent experience in the hotel. Although they provided only veg in their menu, I had the option to order from outside
**Extremely disappointing experience — absolutely not recommended.**For a property claiming to be a **4-star hotel**, the hygiene and cleanliness were completely unacceptable.This was **not the first room I checked**. I went through **four different rooms**, and each one was disappointing. I eventually had to settle for this room **because I was running short on time and had a close family member’s function to attend within a couple of hours**. At that point, I simply did not have the luxury of continuing to search for another hotel.And yet, when I raised these issues at checkout, the hotel’s **GM questioned why I had stayed and why I was complaining at the time of checkout**, suggesting that I should have asked for a refund or simply not checked in.That response was extremely rude and completely unreasonable.To be clear, here is what I found in the room I ultimately had to settle for:• **A dead mosquito on the kettle tray**• **Used earbuds lying on the floor**• **The back of the TV covered in dust**• **An unclean washroom**• **A strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room**I am uploading photographs so people can see the condition for themselves.The point is simple: **Guests should not have to choose between attending an important family function and having a clean, hygienic room.** And they certainly should not be blamed for staying when they have already checked multiple rooms and are short on time.For a **4-star property**, basic hygiene should be a minimum standard — not something guests have to repeatedly ask for.**I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking.**
Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel through the ixigo app and received a confirmed booking at the price shown on the app. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff refused to allow us to check in, stating that the online booking price was too low. We were told that we would have to pay additional money directly to the hotel if we wanted to check in; otherwise, they would not honour our confirmed booking. After a lot of arguments and discussion, they finally agreed to let us check in at the originally confirmed booking price. However, the entire experience was extremely stressful and frustrating. A hotel should honour a confirmed booking made through a legitimate booking platform rather than asking guests for extra payment because they feel the online price was too low. Very poor experience. I would strongly recommend being cautious while booking this hotel online.
