Disappointing Service Experience

The experience was quite disappointing. Sudhir, the receptionist, behaved very unprofessionally. Instead of assisting, Sudhir was rude and raised his voice. Staff in hospitality should communicate politely with guests, but this was completely the opposite. Due to this conduct, the entire experience was unpleasant. I wouldn't suggest this place unless the management significantly enhances staff training and customer service.

It was scorching hot day still there AC was not working..there was just a blower set intentionally or I don't..i told him to to give us upgrade room we are ready to pay more but they denied.i have informed them multiple still they say it will work you have to more ..they reset did ..I don't know but nothing was working at the end many hours completed..we have so tired and thinking maybe it will work. I thought let's wait still at the end we have to sleep whole night with fan only ..about room it was ceiling was was good smelling.. atleast we are expecting AC in this hot weather.
