The room service and the room itself gave me the worst experience ever; there was a rat in my room and when I reported it, they showed no concern at all, actually they didn't care. Also, the food is terrible, and they charge extra for breakfast which is supposed to be free, and the food quality is very poor here.

Disappointing Stay Experience

It would be more accurate to call it a dharamshala or a lodge. They promise everything during booking, but upon arrival, they charge extra even for basic toiletries. The staff is courteous, but the management is terrible. It feels more like a small shop than the 3-star hotel they advertise.
