Worst hotel! Management and staff very arrogant and unprofessional. Never visit.

This hotel is a total disaster, calling it a hotel is an insult. It’s the worst service imaginable. I booked it for a wedding nearby, big mistake. The restroom was dirtier than a public toilet. The bedsheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. Even the dirtiest lanes of Sarojini Market are cleaner than this place. When I complained, the staff was rude and dismissive. They said the hotel is under renovation and told me to deal with it or leave. I paid ₹8,680 for two days of this nightmare, no refund or room change offered. My family and I had to leave for another hotel. The service there was a dream compared to this. The pictures online are misleading, taken when the place was new. This is a scam. Even the worst hotel from Jab We Met would feel like a luxury stay compared to this. They charge for a

Basic budget hotel with okay rooms and decent breakfast. Services and hygiene need improvement. Good location.
