They have centralised AC which was not cooling the whole night, tv was not working, high voltage current was coming out of the board, charging socket near the bed was not working, no billboard of the hotel was seen, it was difficult finding the hotel, it took my taxi driver almost 10 mins to locate the hotel, would not recommend it to anyone.

My experience was nothing short of extremely disappointing and terrible, and I am compelled to give this property a one-star rating, as there is unfortunately no option to rate it zero.We had booked a Deluxe King Room after carefully going through the facilities and features advertised on the booking platform. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the actual room bore little to no resemblance to what had been promised in the listing. Several features that had influenced our decision to make the booking, including a city view, welcome drink, and various other amenities, were simply not provided.The condition of the room was equally appalling. The window frames were broken, and, to our surprise, the room did not even have a proper window. The so-called “welcome drink” was nothing more than plain water, and even the shower was non-functional. After repeatedly raising our concerns and having to argue with the staff, we were eventually given another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also plagued by several issues, some of which I have attached in the accompanying photographs for reference.What made the situation even more misleading was that I had specifically made this reservation under the name “Kasa Stay.”However, upon reaching the property, we were informed that Prakash Continental and Kasa Stay were apparently the same property. This was extremely confusing and certainly not what we had expected while making the reservation.The location of the property was another major concern. It was situated in an extremely shabby and poorly maintained area, and even Uber drivers were reluctant to enter the locality. The surroundings did not feel safe, pleasant, or suitable for someone looking for a peaceful stay.Furthermore, the bedsheets, blankets, and other linen were visibly dirty and unhygienic, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. Basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality were clearly not being maintained.Overall, the property was completely inconsistent with its online description and advertised amenities. The facilities shown on the booking platform appear to be highly misleading when compared with the actual experience.I would strongly advise against staying at this property, particularly for anyone looking for a clean, hygienic, safe, peaceful stay.
