Pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, and friendly, helpful staff. My stay was both relaxing and comfortable.

The room leaves a lot to be desired and is not designed for International guests.The bed was so hard and could not be slept on without having two extra mattresses, extra duvets AND sleeping on top of three pillows.The bathroom also needs a complete overall. The shower was dirty and full of limescale with leaking faucet and hot water that only came out hot for a period of 5-7 minutes at all time before it turned stone cold so taking a shower to wash hair was impossible, I stayed here for nearly a month and could only wash my hair ONCE the entire time due to the water issue. Not to mention the geazer water out pipe was covered in black mold and looked like it had not been cleaned or disinfected ever.The blinds on the windows were threadbare and need changing desperately. The rooms could be updated a bit as the tables were extremely dirty under the glass table covers and seems like they were never lifted to clean the tables. The fridge was also rusted and leaking water so needs to be replaced, desperately.The menu is very lacking and most of the food was full of oil and made me sick twice so the only option we had was to order food from Zamato every day.Last but not least, other local visiting guests have no manners and seemed to think it was OK to talk across the hall to their family members staying in the other rooms on our floor, by standing in their open doorways and acting as if they were at their own home. The hotel needs to be more clear with guests that they must respect other guests and keep the noise level down a bit, especially in the common areas.Having said all of that, the staff were friendly and so very helpful with anything we ever asked for, including borrowing their business phone to order food. Cannot fault them for their service at all. However, still do not recommend this hotel, especially if an international client, unless all points noted are attended to and problems fixed.

Additionally, the water heater pipe was covered in black mold and appeared never to have been cleaned or disinfected. The window blinds were worn out and urgently needed replacement. The rooms could use some updating as the tables were very dirty beneath the glass covers, suggesting they had never been cleaned properly. The fridge was rusty and leaking water, so it also needed urgent replacement. The menu was very limited, and most dishes were oily, causing me to get sick twice, so we ended up ordering food from Zamato daily. Furthermore, some local guests lacked manners, talking loudly across the hall to family members while standing in open doorways, behaving as if they were at home. The hotel should enforce rules to ensure guests respect others and keep noise levels down, especially in common areas. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, even lending their business phone to order food. I cannot criticize their service. However, I still do not recommend this hotel, particularly for international guests, unless all these issues are addressed and resolved.
