Room was not clean.. i booked a deluxe room.. but what was I got.. a normal local .. without clean room . Burned cigerette also there.. and some food packaging items.. half opened also there..

The person who works the night shift as the receptionist is one of the worst and most unfit people to serve the hospitality scene. He is rude, arrogant, dismissive and very argumentative. Electricity went out for more than 3 hrs in my 6 hrs stay and all I got was excuses when requested to turn on the generator. Money minded, greedy attitude absolutely ruined this experience and I am never going back. He needs to be fired. In contrast the morning receptionist spoke well, softly and respectfully and ensured he did what he could for a comfortable stay, though limited. At least he was apologetic.
