Great place. Very polite and hospitable staff. They have underestanding and empathy. They treated us with exceptional care and concern. The food was very delicious and there was variery always. Very calm and decent place to stay a holiday. Highly recommend.

I booked rooms after seeing great reviews on multiple websites, although with some scepticism. But once I checked in it was clear why. Genuinely good staff and very good service. I had made a mistake in my check out date while booking and was not eligible for refund. But their manager went out of their way to resolve it. The other staff were also very friendly. Recommend this place if that's what you are looking for.

We recently stayed in this hotel. The rooms were good but not as good as expected in the images on google. The service was very prompt but food preparation took a lot of time since they have their kitchen in some other place. The food was good. They provide ample quantity of food.Hot water was not as required temperature. Expected a good temperature since it was winters. It is located inside so the road connectivity is small.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sunstar Heritage and I can honestly say the experience was excellent. The accommodation is very comfortable, with spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, reliable hot water and good air conditioning. Everything was well maintained, and I had no issues throughout my stay.What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and always willing to help. They really do go above and beyond to make sure guests are looked after.Although food is not cooked on-site, the hotel provides food from their menu which is brought in fresh, and I must say it was absolutely outstanding. I have never tasted food as delicious and full of flavour. It is definitely worth trying and was one of the highlights of my stay.The location is also excellent. The hotel is in a very convenient area, not too far from Connaught Place and Chandni Chowk, making it easy to explore the city.Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Sunstar Heritage. Great service, excellent food, comfortable rooms and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again.
