Need improvement on food delivery time, taking min 1 hour to deliver simple food

The service provided was excellent, the staffs were gentle polite and professional. Over all experience was awsome , those planning to stay can blindly come in and experience their service. Best budget friendly hotelI will definitely visit again if this level of professionalism is maintained by the hotel n staff and I suggest anyone this hotel who wish to stay

We stayed at Hotel Suncourt Yatri and had a very good experience overall. One thing that really stood out for us was the taxi service arranged by the hotel. It made our local travel very easy and comfortable, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.A big thanks to Nitin, the tour manager, for helping us with the arrangements and making sure everything was properly managed. He was polite, responsive, and guided us well throughout. We also want to appreciate our driver Harjeet, who was very punctual, well-mannered, and drove safely the entire time. He was familiar with the routes and made the journey comfortable and hassle-free for us.It’s always a relief when travel arrangements go smoothly, especially when you’re staying in a new place, and the team here did a great job. Would definitely recommend Hotel Suncourt Yatri if you’re looking for a stay with reliable taxi support as well.

Great value for money hotelI stayed in this hotel for about 40 days. It was a great experience (but it was not perfect- reality check).First of all, all the hotel staff and employees were super nice and friendly. One of the receptionists helped me buy internet package, which he didn't have to but it helped me huge time.Great location, it was by the main road, much much better compared to many hotels hidden in the alley ways or crowded areas. Although you can hear loud motorcycle and car exhaust once in a while, even in night time.The room was good, clean. But some of the things needed renovation, such as electric switch boards, shower nob. But sometimes the water was too hot at shower, maybe it was because of the hot weather, but it was not too nice to take a shower with hot water in summer. And the room I was in had an old AC, it was loud and not so good at freezing the room, it was fine with me though. And there was one bed bug, fortunately I didn't find any more (thank god). I almost wanted to leave the hotel right away but it was 12:30 am, and worse, there was no rooms available in the hotel at that time. If I were to find one more bed bug, that was it for me for this hotel, but fortunately I didn't find any. And there was cockroach sighting one or two times. But I don't think it was an issue with the cleanliness of the room, they came to clean the room everyday (sometimes skipped 2-3 days in a row though).Overall, it was a good experience with some issues.

What impressed me the most was the dedication of the staff’they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.The service was prompt, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall experience was excellent. It’s not just a hotel stay; the kindness and professionalism of the team make you feel genuinely valued as a guest.I would definitely recommend Suncourt Yatri Hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi and would happily stay here again in the future.
