Disappointing Hotel Experience

Dear ixigo Support Team, I am extremely disappointed with the hotel booking made through ixigo. Upon reaching the property, I found the room condition and cleanliness to be extremely poor, and the overall service was completely unsatisfactory. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room and poor service standards, I had no option but to leave the property immediately. This has resulted in a complete waste of my money and inconvenience. I request you to please initiate a full refund of the amount paid at the earliest. I also strongly recommend reviewing the quality and service standards of this listed property before continuing to offer it to customers. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in using ixigo for hotel bookings, and I would expect an immediate resolution.
