A very disappointing and unsafe stay. I strongly suggest women, especially those traveling alone, avoid this hotel. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and intimidating, and the owner was no better. We were reportedly threatened and pressured to pay more than the online price, which made the situation very uncomfortable and unsafe. The property was in poor condition with leaks everywhere, strange noises at night, and an overall disturbing vibe. At night, it felt like someone was watching or standing outside the room, making it hard to feel secure or at ease. My biggest concern is women's safety. The staff and owner's attitude, combined with the threatening behavior and poor property state, made this place feel very unsafe for women, especially solo travelers. This was more than a bad stay; it was an experience that left us feeling threatened, uneasy, and unsafe. I strongly advise women and solo travelers to reconsider booking here. Poor management, rude staff, unacceptable conduct, suspicious extra fees, terrible property conditions, and serious safety issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
