Booked via app , on reaching said room not available, had to change plan and return home.Very unprofessional behaviour.want refund ( no other settlement)

The rooms are nice but overpriced, and everyone seems to ask for tips or extra money for expenses. They also charge an additional 10% for food service. The location is not ideal. However, the hotel is neat, clean, and family-friendly. This is just my personal opinion; everyone has their own views.

The service was very poor; the hotel staff were not good at communicating, and the air conditioning in the room was also bad. The bed was infested with bedbugs. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very very poor serviceAvoid this place at all costs! The room and bed were incredibly dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The host was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a terrible attitude. They even switched off our AC from their end and tried to scam us by demanding extra hidden payments that weren't agreed upon. Horrible service, awful behavior, and a disgusting room. Zero stars if I could.

To start, the rooms were very unclean and the bathroom had a strong odor. The management frequently turned off the AC to cut costs, and even the water was pricey. The food was terrible and the location was the worst. At checkout, the receptionist kept quoting a price higher than what was actually owed, ignoring the earlier $300 deposit for food. The rooms were overpriced and small. This was the worst hotel room I've ever had. I had to argue just to pay the correct amount. I will never return here and strongly advise avoiding this place.
