This hotel was the worst experience I've had; the food was bad, they charged extra for it, and there was no billing system.

There were bedbugs in the bed, so I couldn't sleep at night. They changed my room at 2:00 AM after I informed them. Also, when I asked for the food bill, they didn't give it to me. It's basic to provide a proper bill whether the food is from outside or their own kitchen. Very bad experience. I suggest clarifying all details before checking in.

The price was fair, but the service was poor. I stayed for 3 nights and from the first day, I requested cleaning and a change of bed covers and pillow, but the hotel staff did not take any action.

Hotel is disappointing, service is poor. If someone goes, they should bring their own soap, towel, shampoo, food, and bedsheet because nothing is provided here. Service is not good. They claim to be 3-star but not even 1-star.

Our reservation was cancelled without any warning. When we contacted them to check, the staff was impolite and wrongly said the hotel was fully booked, despite rooms still being listed as available online. If we hadn't called in advance, we would have been left without accommodation.
