Nice place good and responsive staff, but unfortunately we called as our AC stopped working but no one came to repair, breakfast great, rooms clean, cooperative staff, very decent crowd and area. Would totally recommend.

the worst experience even had in a Hotel.The rooms are nice, close to WTC butThe AC not functioning properly the whole night even after several complaints at the reception (6-7 calls) during the night and even asking them to change the room. They did not change the room nor did they fix the AC in the poorly ventilated room. Hardly got any sleep during the night.Would not recommend stay here as staff is very incoperative.

We booked around 30 rooms for two nights and if i am asked to give just one word review for the place, it would be "Perfect".Location: Best you can get in Central Delhi with 20 mins proximity to Terminal 3 and adjacent to Hauz Khas metro station.Service: Never seen such hospitality in any 3 star hotel as was presented by every single staff available during our stay. Even the individual floor representative was polite and always tried their best to fulfill the guests needs even if having to go out of way.Food: We asked for specific menu with varied variety for the 2 days stay. Each and every dish was superbly cooked and presentation skills were not less than perfect.Rooms: They have two buildings with a common dining area. One has the premium category rooms and other one has deluxe category rooms. Rooms were very tidy and clean and were sufficient spaced for basic requirements.Transportation: They had their own vendor for pick and drop from airport/railway station. All the drivers engaged in our duty were gentle and managed pickups exceptionally.Parking: As per the quantity of rooms, the parking space is tight.
