This hotel was very disappointing. The staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. Our room was dirty, and when we requested cleaning, they bluntly said it wasn't their concern and suggested we cancel the booking if we wished. No one was available to assist with our bags upon arrival. There was no network coverage in the hotel, and the phone didn't work. I was shocked that they operate this way. The staff's conduct made the place feel unsafe and suspicious. Their attitude was the worst we've encountered. We've stayed at many nearby hotels but never faced anything like this. Totally unacceptable.

I stayed at this property overnight. It's inside a residential area. I stayed in 3rd floor. The room smelled like it wasn't ventilated since many days. The mouldy smell greeted as soon as I entered. Power sockets weren't working except for one near TV. Water was seeping in the walls. Hot water wasn't available. No lift available. If you are someone who has trouble climbing stairs please do not book this hotel.
