Family • India • Jul 2026I want to share my frustration about the varying prices at your villa. We come every week and have always paid the same agreed price. But whenever the staff changes, they give a different, higher price for the diamond. Even after showing our payment records, we have to explain this every week. Today, when I politely talked to a staff member named Rawat and told him our history, he was dismissive, refused to keep the usual price, and was very rude. This problem keeps happening and is not acceptable. I strongly ask you to fix your pricing for all customers and stop giving random prices. Please make sure our future visits are handled properly.
