Broken AC, dirty rooms and unhygienic bathrooms

The room I booked was deluxe villa. It was a small room with an AC that doesn’t have control over temperature. The temperature is set at 16 and the room was stinking of alcohol and cigarettes smell. Extremely bad room. I do not recommend this to anyone

Mismanaged and Unhygienic

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Nothing was as shown or promised. There was no proper water supply, the AC was not working, the TV was missing, and the cleanliness was absolutely terrible. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was unhygienic, and overall the place was completely mismanaged.This is not what you expect when you book a hotel based on photos and descriptions. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you care about your comfort, hygiene, or even basic facilities.
