Everything was great only the bathroom didn't flush properly and the shower was kind of busted was spraying water everywhere other than that room was pretty clean ac was great and we had a mini bar which was cool staff is very rude and not helpful that's is why I will never booked that hotel again

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the cleanliness is subpar. The room had an ashtray with ashes in it, which was unpleasant since I don't smoke and dislike being near smoke. The bedsheets were stained with red and yellow marks. The bathroom seat and taps were not very clean. Overall, it felt very basic and budget-friendly in terms of cost.

Had a great stay at hotel mayda prime. The roons were clean, staff was polite and helpful and the service was excellent. Comfortable atmosphere with Good hospitality. Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel for a daytime stay as we had a late-night flight. It was our first visit to Delhi, and due to heavy traffic, we were delayed by about two hours for checkout. The hotel charged us ’1,500 for the booking and an additional ’700 for the late checkout. We requested some flexibility considering the situation, but the staff did not accommodate our request.Regarding the room, it was not well-maintained the walls had damp patches, there was no space to open the window, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. The TV and telephone were not working, which added to the inconvenience. Despite these issues, we did not complain during the stay, but it certainly impacted the experience.The stay served its purpose, but the lack of flexibility, poor maintenance, and non-functional amenities left us disappointed. Improving room conditions and customer service would make a significant difference
