Hotel Vanson Delite - New Delhi Railway Station

मैंने MakeMyTrip से चार लोगों के लिए फैमिली रूम बुक किया था, लेकिन जो कमरा मिला वह फोटो में दिखाए गए कमरे से बिल्कुल अलग और बहुत छोटा था। हम दोपहर 12 बजे चेक-इन कर चुके थे, लेकिन लगभग 20 बार कॉल करने और बार-बार फॉलो-अप करने के बाद, "We are waiting" कहकर हमें इंतज़ार कराया गया और अंत में करीब 2 बजे कमरा बदला गया। कमरे में बेसिक टॉयलेटरीज़ भी नहीं थीं। पूछने पर स्टाफ ने कहा कि "माँगेंगे तभी देंगे।" चार लोगों के लिए केवल दो 500 मि.ली. की पानी की बोतलें दी गईं, वह भी माँगने पर। अगले दिन जब हमने फिर पानी माँगा, तो कहा गया कि बोतल खरीदनी होगी, नहीं तो अगली कॉम्प्लिमेंटरी बोतल दोपहर 2 बजे के बाद मिलेगी। यह व्यवस्था बिल्कुल उचित नहीं लगी। कुल मिलाकर होटल ने बुकिंग में दिखाई गई सुविधाओं के अनुसार सेवा नहीं दी। स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी सहयोगपूर्ण नहीं था। मेरा अनुभव निराशाजनक रहा और मैं इस होटल की सिफारिश नहीं करूँगी।

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The management, especially the reception team, was very unprofessional. I called a day before arrival to confirm early check-in, and they assured me it was possible. However, when we arrived at 10:30 AM, we had to wait until 1:00 PM. The most frustrating part was being told every 10–15 minutes that it would only be 10 more minutes or that they were preparing our room, but nothing changed. If the room wasn't ready, they should have been honest instead of giving false hope. The receptionist showed no responsibility or professionalism and didn't properly apologize for the trouble. Additionally, the area around the hotel was dirty, which made the experience worse. The management really needs to improve customer service and train their reception staff on guest relations. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The location is the worst, and it seems only Make My Trip would partner with such a hotel just to make some quick money.

The service was terrible. The AC was malfunctioning, and despite multiple complaints, the hotel did not respond. There was also no hot water available.
