The bathroom door lock was broken, the toilet's hand shower was malfunctioning, and the room had a faint unpleasant odor. The bedsheets were torn in several places, and the floor felt sticky, indicating it wasn't cleaned well. It's disappointing that a major platform like MakeMyTrip endorses hotels with such poor upkeep and hygiene. Travelers depend on these recommendations, especially for convenient airport stays. This hotel requires major improvements.
