Had a really good stay at Hotel Grand Shalimar. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the front office team. The night staff were also very cooperative and made sure everything was comfortable.The service staff were friendly and quick with their service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. AC cooling was very good and hot water was available properly.Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Good staff, good service, and a nice hotel. Would definitely recommend it. 👍
