This hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and uncomfortable. Sometime hot water not coming or sometime lift not working. Staff behavior was unprofessional I would not recommend staying here.

I am genuinely shocked by the kind of charges this hotel demands for the experience they provide. It is, by far, one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. There are hotels available for ’3,000 per night that offer far better quality, comfort, and hospitality than what I experienced here.Yes, the property is located in the main city area of Delhi,but that does not justify neglecting customer comfort.The rooms look shabby and unmaintained.The entire room had a damp, unpleasant smell, making it extremely uncomfortable.Windows couldn’t be opened, and there was not even a basic fan in the room.I even noticed small bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging this much.The breakfast served was extremely poor honestly, even simple street food tastes far better. The food sold in their in-house restaurant, marketed as ’exclusive,’ was equally disappointing.The staff was rude, slow, and clearly not interested in helping guests.If Google allowed negative ratings, I would have rated this place -20/10.
