Pros- Location is convenient for all things at CP, walking distance to metro station. Indus veg restaurant next door is excellent, though not part of the hotel itself.Cons- Lack of attention to basic room provisions like floor mats, hand towels, bath towels, toilet rolls etc. - Rooms were not ready and clean ahead of our mid afternoon arrival, well after check in time. Floors were sticky and poorly cleaned even after we waited.- Trolley of supples and garbage bags from rooms parked outside our doors permanently!?- Front desk staff really need to improve in responsiveness and communication. Training needed to meet a higher standard which is expected of a four star hotel.- As a note to consider- this is a multi level hotel with no elevator. If you are traveling with seniors or small kids, I would not recommend it at all.Overall, I would not stay here again sadly.
The hotel is functional and exactly what we needed for a weekend away. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The rooms were apt and clean.
