Horrible experience .very disrespectful and uncooperative staff
When I checked in on 22Sept. at 10:40. Receptionist, Mr. xxxx told me to pay extra 1500a INR and I happily accepted. I was assigned in a wrong room xxxx no balcony as booked. I suffered 1 night in that room with bad smell sucked in by 1-unit air-conditioner. The pillow cases and duvet case was not changed intil i came down to complain.Next day i wanted to change my room and assigned in a room with balcony xxxx but unluckily the remote controler of A/C doesn't work, I feel so freezing at night.Other than that, Mr. xxxx told me breakfast opens at 7:30 but by 8:00 i came down for breakfast the restaurant manager to me to come back in 15 minutes. Every day I had to by my bread with fried egg on street nearby the hotel (opposite the small park) to eat at 7:30. I don't know why there is no consistency between the receptionist and restaurant manager.On 23rd Sept. at 22:30 the announcement (for the water tank is full) from the speaker on 1st floor went on and on until I came down to ask the guards (all sleeping) to turn it off. I want my breakfast (3) and 1 night in a wrong room to be refunded. Thank you Agoda

This has been the worst stay I've had in the past 10 years in New Delhi. Initially, the room given to us was different from what was shown online and the AC was not working, so they changed the room. Then, we found a rat in our room twice. Even after requesting mosquito repellent, the staff refused, saying they have only one service person who had gone to the market. There was no dustbin in the room. Considering the upscale location, not providing such basic amenities is very disappointing. I hope they improve this to match the positive impression from earlier reviews.
