- Leider ist es zur Straßenseite hin sehr laut - Das Essen war sehr lecker - Der Service war gut Nachdem ich das Zimmer gewechselt habe, weil mein erstes Zimmer zur Straßenseite zu laut war, bekam ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Das war zwar besser als der Straßenlärm, aber etwas beklemmend. Leider war das Zimmer auch ziemlich klein und hatte keinen Schreibtisch. Wenn ich 3,5 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun.

My family and I had a horrible experience with the hotel. We requested late check in based on our travel plans. Two out of four rooms were checked in to first. The first room smelled of something dead the minute the ac was turned on. The second room’s bathroom had a strand of hair left on the unopened soap next to the sink. Since it was a single nights booking and it was late, we let it be initially. When the rest of the family arrived and checked in to their rooms, one had food left over from previous occupants still in the fridge. The other had opened refreshments which were not used by us. Despite the late check in, they couldn’t be bothered to have the rooms acceptably cleaned. At this point, it felt unhygienic to stay at the place at all, and we decided to look for alternate accommodation in the middle of the night and requested they cancel our booking, citing these reasons. However they were not apologetic nor offered any reprieve and we lost the entire money for the booking.Even barring these issues, the staff is extremely arrogant, the facilities minimal and the environment noisy from renovation at this time. Save yourself the grief and money.

It felt unsanitary to stay, so we decided to find another place in the middle of the night and asked to cancel our booking for these reasons. They were not apologetic or helpful, and we lost all the money for the booking. Besides these problems, the staff was very rude, the facilities were basic, and the place was noisy due to ongoing renovations. Avoid this hotel to save yourself trouble and money.
