Hotel International Inn by Star Group

This hotel is a FRAUD. There is a big scam going on. I booked an executive room much in advance and paid in full but when I checked in late at night (flight arrival) I was checked in the a dingy small room. I question the manager at reception and he threatened that this is the only option available and it’s my choice if I want to stay here or leave. They provided other options around the hotel but those were even worse.The bed was a tiny bed ad i couldn’t even fit myself in unless I lie down diagonally on the bed.Room wasn’t cleaned, line was not refreshed and there were staff noises outside in the corridor throughout the night and I couldn’t sleep at all despite being so tired from the journey.It appears that they prioritise the demand and sell the rooms for higher prices and don’t give a damn about online bookings. I checked out 7am in the morning the next day.WORSE place to stay, I would not recommend this place at all.NO ETHICS, NO CONCERNS. Just the audacity to mention that it’s my fault that I paid in full before arrival and that I should have checked the room first before paying. How’s that guarantee that they will even give a room in this case.Booked it through MMT and they are investigating the matter (that’s what they told me).

Worst hotel experience ever.Stayed here for 5 days and booked 2 suite rooms, but the service was absolutely pathetic. Every order’food or even drinking water’took more than 1 hour, every single time.We called multiple times and informed the manager, but his only response was ’No staff is available, what can I do’? This clearly shows poor management and zero concern for guests.Third-class service at premium prices. No professionalism, no hospitality, and no accountability.DO NOT stay here. Please don’t waste your money.

The room was compact and lacked a kettle.

Horrible stay! I'm really disappointed that MakeMyTrip chose this hotel. The quality doesn't even match a one-star rating’ The room was a total waste at 7k per night! To make matters worse, they switched my booking to another hotel in Delhi 37. Terrible service, no complimentary water provided , towels, or clean bedclothes, and a nasty smell in the room. Feels like MakeMyTrip prioritized commission over customer experience. No proper audit done, very frustrating. ’’

Not provide hand towels, floor towel , room slippers, toothbrush kits, not running TV, damage shower handle,
