Pros: Convenient location, newly built rooms, effective air conditioning, comfortable beds, and clean washrooms. Close to railway station and Connaught Place. Cons: Complimentary water bottles were only provided on the first day; on subsequent days, I had to request them and was charged 30 Rs for a bottle that normally costs 20 Rs, totaling an extra 120 Rs at checkout. I requested a menu at the reception but it never arrived. Bed sheets were clean but some pillowcases had stains, including lipstick and oil marks. Overall, a pleasant stay and recommended. Edited second visit: Another good experience, but again was charged an extra 90 Rs at checkout, this time labeled as tax.
