Group • India • Sep 2026My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the overall service, cleanliness, and management were far below what I expected. The room was not properly maintained, and the level of hygiene was a major concern.The staff’s attitude and response to complaints were also very disappointing. Instead of resolving issues properly, I felt that my concerns were simply ignored. For the price charged, the experience was absolutely not worth it.I honestly regret choosing this hotel for my stay. There are much better options available, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this property.I would personally never stay here again. Very disappointing experience and definitely not recommended.

They are rude, they don't know about the hospitality. I would not recommend if you are coming with your family . They will not respond on your request & complaint. Price is higher than the services they are providing .
