Average hotel located close to Delhi Airport. I booked it based on the good ratings on Google and MakeMyTrip, but personally I don’t think it quite lives up to the 4+ rating. That said, it’s a decent option for the price if you’re just looking for a convenient stay near the airport.

Disappointing Stay Experience

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The air conditioner in my room malfunctioned from the start, and despite multiple complaints to the staff, no effective solution was provided during my stay. This made the experience very uncomfortable and suggested a lack of care for guests. The worst part was about my car: instead of using the hotel's designated parking, the staff left it on the roadside, which led to damage. This was completely preventable and shows poor responsibility for guests' vehicles. I had expected much better service and accountability. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope management improves customer service, maintenance, and parking procedures so future guests avoid these issues.
