The guest felt the room was dirty, unhygienic, and unsafe for a female guest. The room's state was well below acceptable hospitality standards, leading to considerable discomfort and worry.

My stay at Skon Boutique was excellent. Everything was reliable, comfortable, and well managed, meeting my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained. The room was roomy and cozy, enhancing my enjoyment. The surroundings were clean, orderly, and pleasant, contributing positively to the experience. The staff were very supportive during my visit, especially Pankaj Rajput and the reception team, who were genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Their warm service made a significant difference. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I have traveled across several countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels and properties over the years. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.The problems began at check-in. As international travelers, we were treated unprofessionally by the staff, particularly one employee who appeared more interested in arguing than helping. Despite having booked and paid for a room with a king bed and sufficient occupancy, we were pressured into paying an additional 1,500 simply because my sister, who was traveling with me, was staying in the room. The staff member became argumentative and unnecessarily confrontational, which set the tone for the entire stay.From there, things only got worse. Basic amenities such as drinking water, toothbrush kits, toiletries, and other essentials were either unavailable or extremely difficult to obtain. The level of service was shockingly poor.The cleanliness standards were unacceptable. The room felt poorly maintained, the AC did not function properly, and the TV barely worked. Overall, the property lacked even the most basic standards one would expect from a hotel.The only reason we stayed was because we had already arrived and were unable to find a suitable alternative nearby on short notice. Otherwise, we would have checked out immediately.I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this property. The management seriously needs to address the professionalism of its staff, the condition of its facilities, and the overall guest experience. In its current state, this hotel is simply unacceptable and offers one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I have encountered.
