This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.The pictures shown while booking appeared to be completely AI-generated or heavily manipulated and were nowhere close to the actual property and room we received. The room was in an unacceptable state. There were stains on the bedsheets, hair on the pillow covers, and the washroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There was absolutely no sense of cleanliness or basic housekeeping.We even found chewing gum wrappers/papers lying on the floor. The balcony was sealed, so there was no way to use it or even enjoy the space as shown in the pictures.We were so disappointed and uncomfortable that we had to leave the property within just five minutes of arriving. What was even more surprising was that while we were leaving, the staff saw us but did not even bother to ask why we were leaving or what had gone wrong.This was supposed to be a stay, but we couldn’t even spend a few minutes there. The worst night ever, and definitely a property I would not recommend to anyone.If you are considering booking this hotel, I strongly recommend checking recent guest reviews and verifying the actual room and property pictures before making a booking.
