Nice hotel. The services are excellent. The staff are very friendly and professional.

My stay at KRYC, Jasola was extremely disappointing. The AC in the room was making awful noises, sounding like it might break at any moment. Around midnight, a staff member named Sudhanshu came to "check" the AC but ended up arguing with us, insisting the AC was fine and that this is how it operates. When I requested another room, he said none were available but continued to create unnecessary drama instead of addressing the problem professionally. The next morning, the receptionist Priya was just as rude and confrontational. She claimed there was a room available but that we refused to move, then accused us of lying and demanded extra charges because we checked out at 11:45. The management and reception team showed completely unprofessional and unreasonable behavior. The only polite and helpful people were the cleaning staff, who were understanding and even advised the others to stop arguing. Both at night and in the morning, the cleaning staff acted sensibly. I even have a video showing the AC issue with the room number and hotel name, but unfortunately, reviews don’t allow video uploads. Overall, the management was the worst, with terrible attitudes, no professionalism, and zero respect for guests. If you want peace of mind, avoid KRYC Jasola.

The room is spotless, contemporary, and roomy. It is situated in a peaceful neighborhood near Apollo hospital. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we are satisfied with the service overall. Definitely recommend!
